One of the team members for the client asked very banal questions such as ‘who is your hero’ and ‘if you could do one thing over in your career, what would it be?’ For the level of position I was interviewing for (and that I am at with my current company) it was an insult to meet with that potential colleague and be asked those types of questions, as opposed to ones that would actually point to my specific expertise and what I could bring to the team.
