It was a three step assessment process: Interview with the Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Working Team, respectively. All the interviews were based on virtual platforms. Despite having concluded positively all the interviews I was rejected and no specific feedback was ever given, even upon request.

I had an interview for a CC position. The first round was an informal online meeting with the hiring manager. The second round was an online interview with team members during which I was presenting a chosen topic and was asked more detailed questions related to the role. All people were very friendly and professional.

Applied online. The application was denied. Got a phone interview with hr recruiter anyhow since my CV was also directly given to the hiring manager who got interested in my candidacy.
