The process was simple and straight-forward.
First: HR did a phone call interview where they basically asks me questions about the position and what my work experience was, And what they are looking for in the specific position. The lady at HR was very calm and clear about each step and how it will work. Precise to the point.
Second: After the phone call they allocated me a technical interview(1/2) with one of their lead developer member. He asked me basic technical questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. And the questions were actually really based on the topic. Then he proceeded to show me a design and told me to create it in whatever way I way. As I was a React dev. Going back to vanilla was a bit icky but it worked out nonetheless.
Third: After the 1st technical, HR allocated me another pseudo technical interview(2/2) and managerial interview combined with C.E.O or Co-Founder. The technical aspect was about questioning my design choices and why I did what I did in certain ways. Then he proceeded to ask me about what I am looking for in a company. I had many questions, so I didn't hesitate. Neither did he, he answered and explained each of my questions. Also, we had some conversations about different topics. One of the most chill management position holders in my opinion.
Fourth: All this stuff happened in the span of approximately two weeks. So after the interviews, I was sent an offer letter with all the aspects of the Employer Employee contract.
Overall experience, very well managed and ran organization. With respect to every member from each other.
Also, the company culture and vibes seem to be chill too from talking to different members of the team.
