The interviewer asked mainly scenario based questions related to the position you are applying for and how you would handle it. Plus, questions about you as a person and future goals.

Very accomodating that it made me feel, confident and comfortable during the interview. The environment was welcoming and it was more of a dialogue not interrogation. The interview was mainly on job description and more focused on fundamental aspects of care, like safeguarding Adults, duty of condour, assesing risks, reporting cases and my general understanding of mental health. No personal questions, so I felt relaxed.

The video conferencing tool was easy to set up. Questions asked were clear and simple. I had the opportunity to answer questions to my knowledge and was even allowed to ask questions. The process was the best experience.
