Describe the Interview Process30 word minimum I was flown out to Eugene for an interview that could have been easily conducted via Skype. At least I got to see what Eugene was like and I was able to make the most of the trip. There was a group interview and I did well on a skills assessment. I always enjoy challenges and being put on the spot to complete exercises, so I actually appreciate this part of the experience. The worst part, however, was that it took over 3 weeks to hear back from Emberex with a decision after I was interviewed. After I was finally told that I was not being given an offer, I politely asked if they could provide some kind of feedback to me so that I could potentially improve on whatever deficit they had perceived. A week and a half went by and I politely asked one more time. I still have not heard back. I really dodged a bullet on this one- their actions show a complete lack of respect and professionalism.
