There is no proper interview process. The best way to get a promotion in this area is the become real good friends with the divisional manager. This region stems in friends and family rather than actual skills competencies and qualifications as per the union. Beware - safety practices are a question with under qualified leaders - there is no process the questions they ask are not relevant to the position if they know you you’re hired if they don’t know you personally regardless of qualifications and skills you’re almost black listed. Also training is only hand picked for the select few the divisional manager feels he wants promoted - ensure to find who the divisional manager is currently befriend him and you’re hired!! That’s the process
