Interview had very little details about the actual job description in comparison to what the expectations were once I started. It seemed they were annoyed with my questions. Gave vague answers to prompts about things like bonuses and mentorship - more like “yeah! We do that!” Without any real detail.

They asked me to fill out a bizarre quiz before I started that seemed like a weird personality test. It seems very inappropriate considering it is a clinical environment. They also never spoke to references nor requested a drug test which is weird considering the pediatric population.
