Straight forward. Took about 3 weeks. Interviewed through an agency and it was not as difficult. 2 round interviews with agency and then emergent itself. Straight forward questions about background, experience, working conditions. Just seem interested and you will get the job

Interview was obtained through Aerotek Recruiter. It took about 2 weeks to schedule an interview. I had one phone call interview with the head of HR and a following video conference interview with 3 supervisors on the call. My interviews were scheduled on the same day with 30 minutes in between. The phone interview lasted about 10-15 minutes, while the video call lasted for about 20 minutes.
