Step one is being sent an absurd 116 questionnaire with absurdly simple questions like "complete the missing number in the sequence" or "what image depicts the correct shadow of the sun" and "i like science (very accurate, not accurate, etc)_" I wasted my time going through that just out of boredom. Got an email a day or two later saying to send them a phone number and email because they'd love to talk more. I replied with my details even though this was getting more odd. Few more days go by without any contact, then I get an rejection email saying blah blah. Huge waste of time and just insulting overall.
