Interviews vary from business unit to business unit and by person. Some are informal while others utilize behavior based interviews and or use Lominger competences. Overall, the interview process was well organized, meeting with key people.

Very pleasant and friendly. Didn't give me a hard time. Eventually it didn't work out, I am not sure why but it's OK. The questions were proffesuonal and to the point. They explained the requirements and the work environment

phone screening followed by F2F interview and case study presentation. the F2F interviews were very unprofessional as the most important person first time turned up 10 min late and during the second interview she was 35 min late just to spend the rest of the time on her mobile phone. tells you a lot about company culture! bit disappointed as I did not expect such a treatment.

6 interviews back-to-back- with entry-level employees in the HR department to VP. Great conversation, they were pretty transparent with the info of the position. But the process was not very efficient.
