Entretien
The first interview was with the HR manager. She was clearly not focused on the interview. She was barely looking at the screen, for many times she turned her microphone off and kept on talking and giggling with other people. The place where she was noise, like a hall, and not a conference room, which really bothered me.
The second interview was with the manager of the position. We had a really good talk and he was very clear about the role.

The process is so irritating because they mail you from a generic email ID and no one replies to you. They treat it as they are doing a BIG favour by scheduling this interview. No wonder they have a high employee turnover. Very bad management and worse communication
20-minute online interview scheduled easily (they give you flexibility to choose a day and time). I was asked to talk about myself and then asked some position-specific questions (related to marketing).

Primero hacen una prueba cognitiva que consiste en responder 50 preguntas en 12 minutos. Si la pasas, entonces te llaman para una entrevista por videollamada de aproximadamente 20 minutos. Considero que iban un poco rápido y no daba tiempo apresentarse correctamente.
