Interview was 3 round process first and second were technical rounds follow by manager round which is also technical after that I asked for status they update me position was on hold why conduct 3 round if position is going to be on hold

There is 4 interview rounds 2 technical, Managerial, HR. it was a java developer interview. first T1 have basic ques on java and oops. T2 have advanced concepts on java, DBMS etc.

Basic Java Ques, OOPs concepts, features of java8, DBMS Queries, Logical programs
It is third class company .it is not having any respect or value of efforts put by candidates ,I cleared three rounds then also wasnt offered. I was called three times and had to travel 40 kms to give each round and then also I cleared them.
