The interview is a behavioral interview. So it's "Tell me a time when..." On my unit it's a panel of volunteer staff nurses, a couple of nurse managers and then the unit director.

First, HR recruiter reached out to me and offered to attend hiring event on the very next day. I took an interview with several unit managers. Got an offer within a week. They called me to notify that I got an offer.

Very professional and welcoming. I felt comfortable with talking to the manager and the Nurse Clinical lead. They both showed interest in my questions about the position. I felt as though I am a match for the position.

One person interview. Very straight forward, it was over zoom. no clinical questions asked. For the New grad float pool. Woman was very kind. Questions were straightforward and easy for me.
