I beat the manager to the interview so that was awkward. They just asked me a bunch of questions and then basically said I was hired after I talked to the ceo.

The initial interview is over the phone, from the recruiter. A basic introduction of yourself, really relaxed and informative. Followed by an in person interview with the VP, if there partners happen to be at the corporate office, your most likely taking a trip to meet them. The interview process is not a walk in the park, they want the best of the best.
