Entretien
I did three phone interviews and received great feedback. I was given the third phone interview with the internal team members. All feedback was positive and I was told that I was a top candidate for hire. A month went by and I never even received a rejection notice or “sorry we went another direction”. Three interviews and being given the impression that you’ll be hired should at least warrant an email to inform your candidate that you are moving in a different direction. I would strongly advise anyone applying for this company to look at other employers at the same time, because Empower’s hiring team mislead my interview experience.
