Recruited by a manager that I had worked for in the past. Interview process included phone conversations since I did not live in the local area and, later, a trip to the company headquarters. I was interviewed separately by people from engineering, senior management, and even a sales manager. Company is small, so I had a chance to meet key people as part of the process.
