I passed the first two rounds of interviews. Before being moved to the second round, my recruiter said management was concerned about my gap in the resume, and wanted an explanation. They were satisfied with my explanation and moved me forward. Recruiting process is a total of four rounds. Third round consists of interviewing with three different people. My interviews with these three people were scheduled on different days, and so my recruiting process felt like five or six rounds in total. Two to three professional references are required. Throughout this process, my interviewers were professional and seemed passionate about the company and it’s mission. The concern over my employment gap, the high number of rounds, and the requirement of professional references have turned me off from this company. The people were great, the recruiting process is frustrating and outdated.
