The recruitment process is thorough. Candidate has to first pass programming test. Then, the candidate is interviewed. Interview includes basic programming questions, some advance question related to the job field, and also an analytical question. Interviewee has to ensure that they are good learners and are adaptable.

Horrible and unprofessional. The senior interviewer apparently recorded our interview interaction and shared them with people outside of the company. The screenshot reached my aquaintance and it ended up making its way back to me. BEWARE. The guy doing this had years of experience and this is the level of professionalism
