The interview process at Enboarder initially appeared promising. The initial screening call was followed by a productive interview with the Head of Product. Both conversations were professional and informative. The recruiter reached out to me and gave really good feedback after the second round. Unfortunately, then there was no communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no feedback regarding the outcome of the interview process. Timely and transparent communication is crucial for candidates, as it allows for closure and focus on other opportunities.
