Had an interview scheduled, virtually. Received an email that they were running about an hour behind, and then another one again 20 minutes after that. After that I received yet another email stating they were shutting down the interview process as they "no longer had time". Never heard from them after that. Wouldn't recommend, I took time out of my workday only to be shirked around as if my time didn't matter.

Did online tests including an audio test where they simulate a customer calling you and then ask questions about it, a typing test for speed and accuracy, a customer service multiple choice test and a sales multiple choice test. Once you pass, they schedule you for an in-person interview.

Entretien
Thorough, lots of questions, experience check and references were performed. The HR person contacted me by e-mail and I responded promptly and within one week I had an interview scheduled. There were three people (one senior staff member, the department manager and the HR person) who interviewed me and went over my past job experiences.
