Applied online, phone interview, face to face interview. I arrived early, but no one was in the interview suite. The recruiter eventually came to ask me to wait for the 3 of them to eat lunch. I waited about 30 mins, completed the int., & was called for a 2nd int. The decision date they provided came and went, then another 2 weeks passed. I emailed to inquire, but no one responded. The 3rd week I received a generic email. I went to another interview for a different position with the same recruiter. I told her I'd like to schedule after lunch as to avoid what happened at the last interview. She scheduled me for later in the afternoon, assuring me there would be no repeat, but it was a repeat. I arrived early, there was no one in the suite. She arrived later to ask me to wait for them to eat lunch. THIS TIME I was sitting just a few feet from where they were dining. Yes, (prepare & cook the food) dining. I watched while the waitor took their order. They had just sat down to eat DURING my int. time! She wanted me to sit there while they waited for their food to be prepared, cooked, and for them to eat! No, smh, no thank you.
