Very well planned and structured. Started from phone screening and every steps were well informed/ notified as of what to expect etc. Things happen rather quickly, only took one week from the first phone screening until getting an offer.

Much more behavioural type question, more looking at finding the people with right cultural fit.
3 interviews, they were all verbal with no practical exercises. Very interested in technical core competencies listed on CV. Interviewers all allowed questions at the end. Overall it was a decent process.

They asked in great detail about technical abilities and where I had applied them historically. To describe a time where a solution I delivered needed to be scrappy and under tight deadlines.
