quite long but positive. also the group interview was useful to have a general conversation with everyone. we had a phone call which was hard to answer as headset was not available that day.

Entretien
Attend a 1 day assessment centre in Cheltenham which includes a 1:1 interview. Group sessions (lunch included). Selection process involved, but we were told the following day, so no long delay

Entretien
The interview process was overall a positive. It started at 9:00 and went on till 12:00, we firstly got shown around the premises and then had an assessment as a group. We had a group discussion and then a phone based scenario where we acted as a pizza delivery service. Once this had finished we then went for a one to one interview. We then received a call back the next day with confirmation.

Entretien
It was laid back and relaxing, not too intimidating so I was able to be myself. It was a one to one interview and I got feedback within an hour and then I started three weeks later.
