Started off great, applied online followed by a 20 min recruiter phone call, then a 30 min call with the hiring manager. Manager made it sound like I was a good fit but they had a lot of others to interview so a week later I got the email that they were not moving forward. I believe there was a take home assignment and then a final remote round but I didn't get that far. Prepare STAR stories; they ask you questions like "tell me about a time".
