I attended the Syntel drive in September 2014.
I was called for technical interview. The interview last for 25 minutes.
The interviewer asked me "Tell me about yourself" which I answered very confidently and fluently. Then he Jumped on to Some Technical question from JAVA and C++ which were very basic.
Suddenly he asked me to make a program for digital clock.. I was dumbstruck at this point. He was glued to the question for the entire time. I was unable to make the program which led to my rejection.

they would select you for jobs but will keep you waiting for offer letters for so long.... m waiting for mine for last 7 months:(
they dont reply to the mails and dont even pick up the phone when called!!!
