A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I had an initial call with them. It went well and was asked for an interview with the hiring manager. The third interview was with a colleague and the 4th was a case study panel. All of it went well but they ended up not offering the job. I very much felt like they just wanted free work since the case study was a very in-depth project plan for a new the flight booking platform they’re rolling out (how convenient). After the third interview, you should know whether or not you want to hire someone. The entire process was over 6 weeks long and I was strung along for way too long. I’m disappointed that they haven’t made their process more efficient. If you’re thinking of interviewing for this company, don’t waste your time. They’ll squeeze as much out of you as they can. HUGE waste of time, I can’t say it enough.
