The interview process was smooth, quick and to the point. Jesse is a very welcoming and understanding manager and gave thorough and generally excellent answers to any questions I had.

E.S.P. was very willing to work with anyone to a reasonable degree as long as you're able to commit to your schedule. This is reiterated and asked many times, and after having moved up a little in the company I can confirm that their willingness to work with me was very much true.
