We started with a fast-paced word association, and then they asked me to spend a little time explaining the answers. After that I was given both and overview of the job and how life is in China. Then they asked a few follow up questions, and gave me the chance to ask any questions.

After applying online on EF's website, I received an email within a few days to schedule my online interview through Skype. Once confirmed, I was told the second part of the interview would be a demo so that the recruiter can evaluate my teaching skills. After going over my CV, I was given a few minutes to disconnect and review the sent documents. Afterward, we talked about the lesson plan. Then I was given a few minutes to present my demo.
