Entretien
The process took over three months.
Firstly we talked with HR via phone call. Then they sent me a case, and I did it. It took one week (I did it on vacation time).
Then they called me for a technical meeting after two months. In the interview, I realised the team was not happy, or something was a bit weird. There is no willingness to ask questions or talk with me. It was the worst job interview I have ever had in my life. (I answered all the questions perfectly. Mostly we talked about my case, so there was no challenge. It took more than an hour but was like a nightmare).
After that, they called me and said everything went perfect. So we want to do another interview with our product managers and leaders. So I said ok. But the same thing happened there too. No willingness(like everyone is so unhappy). In this meeting, we talked about my work history and how they work, nothing else.
After a week, they called me and said we wanted to make an offer to you. What was your expectation(i told them in the first call too)? But they didn't call me back. (Glad they didn't call me).
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about process took too long, we should have conclude it sooner, not an excuse but taking summer in between the process might have an effect on the extension of the process.
