The interview was relatively short, lasting only about 5-10 minutes. It began with standard questions, such as "Tell me about yourself," where I had the opportunity to highlight my relevant experience in teaching. Additionally, I was asked to conduct a teaching demonstration during the interview. The interviewers took on the role of students, and I was expected to follow their preferred teaching methodology and structure. It was an interactive session where I showcased my teaching skills and adapted to their simulated classroom environment.

Initially it was a zoom meeting that explained how to conduct a lesson and later I had to take two demo lessons. The only problem was that it took about four hours and most of it was waiting. It was a little bit of a waste of time but I understand they might have had other candidates.
