I was interviewed via Skype. The recruiter was very nice and kind. Questions were fairly easy. Pay attention to pronunciation and grammar explanations. It lasted less than twenty minutes. I got my offer via email about one hour after the interview.
The interview is conducted like how a typical class will be conducted. You will teach using Daily News or Free Conversation. Aim to be relaxed, well spoken and articulate. Even if you have a B/A use simple language.

It was brief, they checked my English level and asked for definions of a few words. They made me do a test class with one of their employees acting as a student.
