First a Round of game to check your participation in the team and see how u are thinking with the prro. then a English type paragraphs contains story type u have to read it thoroughly and assign the roles within the team consisting of 5-6 students of mix or same drepartments. After this, a interview is taken by 2 engineers and one HR present. Asked questions about engro and resume u have sumitted.

Engro Corp came to our campus. First task was to clear an online IQ test which had a duration of 30 mins. Those successfull in test and had GPA more than 3 were called for 1st interview which was general as well as technical. Shortlisted candidates were called for the final interview which was very much like the 1st one but panel consisted of all senior members.

got shortlisted by Engro for initial test and test was about playing games cuz they wanted to check cognitive abililty of students. there were 7 games dont remember the name but yeh some of them were about solving puzzles,quick calculation, color identification, punctuation and spelling check in the paragraph. Games were a little bit difficult. games time is very short so you have to quick as possible as u can because the game will disappear after a given time. tutorials were also played before the game started so practice tutorials as much as you can. but the actual games will be a bit difficult as compared to tutorials
