They can hire anyone even they don't have knowledge about the job. Even a beginner can apply there. They just check you have knowledge about pc basics. Like Adobe Premiere pro. after Effects, Photoshop, etc.

1. Fill the documents
2. technical task
3. basic communication test
4. final round with Director/HR head/Project manager/TL
