I first found out about the role through a recruiter and the initial application stage involved answering screening questions online. After submitting these I was invited to a telephone interview a few days later with the Social Media Manager. Upon passing this stage I was invited in for a face to face interview and had several tasks to complete on the day which included a written test and Excel test. People at the company were very friendly; my interviewers were very open about the role, the company and were keen to manage my expectations.
