Received a message from a recruiter after applying to setup introductory call. Talked about salary requirements, ability to work hybrid, and the company. Was asked to do a take home code assignment in GitLab and create a PR. After submitting, had another call with recruiter where now all of a sudden the salary requirements were lower than what we talked about. Was then asked to meet him some senior engineers to go over the assessment. A day later, received a rejection email.

Entretien
1st Interview with a Recruiter going over skills and experience, my resume was sent over to the hiring manager. I was sent a take home assignment to complete in 1 week. I completed it, I was advised I was recommended for a different posted role. Approximately 2 weeks after completing the assignment I had an interview with two Managers I believe were in different departments. Part of it was walking through my assignment and code the other was related to Platforms and AI.

Phone screen which was followed by a programming challenge followed by an interview. Almost didn't apply because the recruiter seemed a little bit sketchy in the way they contacted me with the emails and text messages.
