The interview process was very easy and comfortable. The panel was polite and made me feel at ease. The questions were simple, and the overall discussion went smoothly and confidently.

HR team is good and proactive. The panel on the other hand are lazy. My interview was rescheduled one hour after the initial time decided because panel was busy and not aware of interview. When I joined at the rescheduled time, the panel was again 15 minutes late. I wanted to ask for rescheduling for again, they said it will not have an impact, So i stayed. And guess what, it had an impact. He wasn't much prepared on what to ask. First asked prefix notation tree diagram which I created (no code) and then some other questions based on multithreading and all. Sad thing here is that he asked around 20 questions without coding and mostly the answers were supposed to be yes or no. There are different aspects to be touched when we talk about Java but the only thing he could touch was stream APIs and all. I was most certainly clear about the feedback after this. My advice is that if you have an interview at enquero, please get it rescheduled in case you see you get to spend only a little time with the panel.
