I interviewed with Entelect over a year ago. The process was technically challenging, but not always aligned with their own guidance. While their tips focused on core Java, many questions were about frameworks or obscure libraries, seemingly designed to trip candidates up rather than assess practical skills. Some interviewers also asked personal and unusual questions, like who I knew at the company or who was a “better developer,” which felt unprofessional and off-topic. At times, it seemed more like a stress test or ego check than a conversation about my experience. If you’re interviewing here, be prepared for unexpected technical questions and awkward personal comparisons. The technical bar is high, but the process could be much more collaborative and candidate-friendly.
