J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Knoxville, TN) en août 2015
Entretien
It took too long just to get to the point of being offered a one on one interview which was two months in my case. By this time, I had already expressed interest with, was pre-screened, interviewed, offered a position, and accepted a position from one of several other employers. I was excited by what sounded like an immediate need and available position but was disappointed and felt like I was being held as a possible replacement for when someone quit.

Question 1
I never participated in an actual interview due to accepting another offer, however, I felt the pre-screening questions did not expose my abilities and experience in order to possibly separate myself from the other applicants.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
