Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility en nov. 2011
Entretien
Was initially interviewed by a recruiter at the main office. Then went to the branch office I would have been working at for a two part interview. First part you just kind of take in the atmosphere of the workplace and just what everyone does. Although there was a manager and asst. manager everyone pretty much did the exact same thing. They were a fun group of people though. Second part I met with an area manager and discussed a lot of what I would be doing as well as what was expected.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They always asked me what questions I had and I really never knew what to ask except to ask them what they asked me.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

Entretien
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
