First Interview is with HR. You are asked a series of questions on how you have overcome certain situations etc...If you pass that interview you have a second interview with an area manager. The last interview is with a group manager. He was very laid back. IT IS A SALES JOB! That is your fair warning!

Three part interview process. First interview was over the phone, second interview was in person plus a shadowing session 3rd interview was in person. Questions were similar throughout, was able to answer all my questions.
two rounds call interview then a branch visit with a interview with manager. very detailed about 30 minutes. branch visit to see what they do in a day got to see customers and the system they used.
