You start with an initial phone screening to see if you both are a good fit. Then an in person interview is done at headquarters with your recruiter. If you pass this point you are given an opportunity to shadow and conduct a second in-person interview with your area manager. Moving on to the final round lands you an interview with your city manager and potential offer.
