First you can apply on line, which they will set you up with a phone interview and ask basic questions so see if you have any Sales experience. Second you will have a Interview with HR. Third interview is with an Area manager. Last Interview is with VP and president of your Region. Then if all goes well a week training before you start at your first branch.

You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
