Enterprise contacted me very shortly after applying (within a week). The interviewer tried to glorify the position, and she stated that it would lead to many other possibilities within the company. The position is honestly a glorified customer service rep, and the compensation is not so great.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

3rd interview is with senior leadership who assess long term fit and commitment.
