Received an email for a Phone Screen within 2 weeks of applying. After you select a time, they call and it's just like a basic interview process. They wanted to know if you like dealing with people and how your customer service experience is/was.

Shadow before meeting with managers and in person interview where you will be asked about a range of topics regarding customer service and prior experience to get hired
They sent two different links for my interview. The interviewer was kinda pompous and acted like she didn't want to be there. She also asked personal questions about my current job runs commission which felt unprofessional.

They got an excellent corporate structure and they know it. They’re looking for people with their head on straight because they give you the tools to be your own boss.
