Entretien
Zuerst ein Einladung zum Kurzinterview mit Fragen zum Führerschein, bisherigen Werdegang. Dann kam die Einladung zum online- Vorstellungsgespräch mit weiteren Fragen zu Stresssituationen und persönlichen Eigenschaften. Später kam die Einladung zum persönlichen Treffen und Kennenlernen.

Wie verhält man sich dem Kunden gegenüber? Kann man sich vorstellen länger (Überstunden) zu arbeiten? Welche persönlichen Eigenschaften bringt man mit? Stärken/Schwächen? Warum Enterprise?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

Entretien
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
