Met with CIO Senior Developer for the first round, then it was a design test, was contacted about a final interview but it was never scheduled again. I hate companies that do multiple rounds of interviews like we have time to give on our current workplace without making it look suspicious. A portfolio should suffice to showcase a designer's work and a design test is not needed. This is giving away ideas that can be used without the designer's consent and it's UNPAID work hours with no promise.
