It was very friendly and conversational until the "traditional" interview questions were asked. Overall, pretty easy with a very kind interviewer. So far I have made it to the second round of interviews.

4. Second round interview, with someone who's higher up in the company

At least one questionnaire after the initial application, then a first and second round interview with the first round serving as an initial screening and then the second round asking more scenario based questions -- difficult hiring process for a low paying job
