Recruited from University of Illinois at Chicago where most of the current employees graduated from. Required an interview challenge before a phone screen. The interview challenge was to label the phases of a detailed P&ID for a separator column. Phone screening was very straightforward - "tell us about your experiences", "why do you want to work for us", etc...

Entretien
The interview process was fairly easy. I gave Ei a call and submitted my resume via email. After following up a few times over the phone and via email (over a month), I scheduled an interview with Eric Allen. A week later, I received an offer letter.
