Phone call and in person tour after finding out about an internship from an aquaintance. I felt that they were just wasting time and had already seen many people and had a candidate or 200 in mind already.

Entretien
It was a one on one interview with the lead designer. The interview took place in a conference room where my portfolio was reviewed. Afterward, I was asked interview questions and then was cordially thanked for my time.
