Process was very simple - an incredibly short phone call with HR where she did all the talking and asked me maybe one or two questions such as what time zone I was in. The longest part of the chat was her figuring out the hiring managers schedule to setup a video call the next week. The video call was equally unprofessional. One woman appeared to be a in a robe and had her hair in a terrycloth headband for sleeping in. The conversation was light and amicable, but it was clear I shouldn't have been put through the first round since I was missing key experience they required, such as healthcare hiring. No gotcha questions or anything difficult to answer, simply my experience and how I go about recruitment. They said they'd get back to me at the end of the week with a decision and never emailed me.
